Work has kicked my ass today. I was planning on trailering out down the street to ride Isabella for some heat conditioning, but judging from my Firefox add-in it is 95 degrees outside. Um, I think not. I think I'll just brave the mosquitoes and go for a spin around the farmers fields after dousing with DEET. I've been really out of it this week and I'm finally starting to feel normal again.

Today's lunch - Michelina's Lean Gourmet Three Cheese Chicken. Rice + cheese + chicken? Who knew such a combination could be so good? And at 99 cents a pop at Walmart, you can't beat that. Mmm.. rice + cheese.. white people had it right. I think I've crossed over some sort of asian line.

We had to give her back.. :( I am pretty bummed because she was turning out to be a GREAT dog. However, delayed sensitivity.. my arms would break out in hives whenever I petted her for any length of time. Some dogs just illicit this response from me and China's hair is so fine and soft that I don't get this reaction from her. Roxy's hair was much more coarse and oily.. Ah well. Sad.

I'm being cautiously optimistic. This morning I went for a 7 mile ride with Isabella. Earlier this week I hopped on her bareback and trotted her around the farmer's fields and she felt even.
