New York City, 2004 Pictures (March 18-24)

Thursday evening, Mark and I arrived in NYC to spend a week long vacation enjoying the sights and sounds of one of the biggest cities in the world. We stayed at the Ameritania Hotel and were upgraded to a junior suite. Two TVs, a nice living room, big bathroom with high ceilings.. very nice.

The next morning we woke to a big blizzards.. looking outside the hotel room window, the snow was falling sideways. Very wierd.

Getting our internet fix was easy.. we found a Kinko's right across the street. There was a guy who was snoring really loud. So of course we took a picture.

Our hotel had a great location.. just a few blocks from time square.

One of the stores in Times Square was this huge Hershey's store. They had flavors of kisses that aren't normally sold in regular stores like caramel. mmm..

Mark and me in the middle of Times Square. I look like I'm friggin 500 pounds in that coat, arrggh!! We had a stranger take our picture. Being that my digital camera is bigger and heavier than most bricks, I wasn't too concerned about theft.

Another picture of Times Square.

The cool looking NASDAQ sign.

We found a cheaper internet cafe in the middle of Times Square. Here's Mark being burned. He was ownt for sure.

Brother, sister.
