For the new year, Matt and I have started on Nutrisystem. I'm on Nutrisystem Advanced for Women and Matt is on the man's program (although he is mainly doing it to support me). I think he likes it most of all because he doesn't have to cook for a few months.
Anyhoo, I have about 30 pounds to lose in the next few months to get at a 'realistic' weight for me. The holidays did not do me right, let me tell ya.
