It's true that when you live alone, your diet is pretty wierd. Last Sunday evening, I made green beans and tofu. I proceded to eat that meal for 3 nights straight. The next evening I picked up this awesome tandoori chicken from Mugal's (a really cheap good Indian restaurant in Berkeley). I ate that for the next two nights. Wednesday for lunch, after all of the froofy green beans and tofu I was jonesin' for some meat so I picked up a pastrami sandwich from Subway. I ate that for two days in a row. Eating out solves this problem, but usually you overeat and the food necessarily isn't that great for you (ie, the Barney's fried vegetable platter that Amit, Walt, and I shared last Saturday night.. it turned all the restaurant walls transparent and smote me by placing a small pimple on my chin. Damn you Barney's fried vegetable platter!)

Last night, I went with Merima, Walt, Amit, and Mark for Chinese food and a little whoopass movie called Kill Bill v2. Despite the good movies we've seen recently, we've had the unlucky forturne of sitting next to some complete dillweeds. Nonetheless, the movie was incredible genius and you should all go watch it now. All of the aforementioned people have blogs, so go read their journals. We're all journal geeks.

A little amusing anecdote which I thought was funny the other day when I got my truck repaired. For those of you that don't remember, I recently purchased a really nice audio system for my truck. The front console is purely for display and the receiver unfolds to access the controls, or you can use the remote control if you're too lazy to open it up. When I got my brakes replaced, the auto repair guy didn't know how to adjust the radio, so when he picked me up at the BART station with my truck, the radio was blaring the music station I was listening to at full blast in the morning. tee hee. He didn't know how to turn it down, so it had been stuck like that all day long. It's the little things in life like that which make me smile.
