Did my Cindy Crawford video again this morning. I'm trying to find out the maximum interval between eating breakfast and working out. I've worked out before breakfast and I get light headed. The dizziness is probably kin to hitting my head so many times last year (along with all the brain damage). The past few times I've worked out I've eaten about 1/2 hour beforehand, just a bowl of cereal, and I can feel it starting to come up when I do sit-ups. So I'm not sure what to do since I'm trying to do my workout in the mornings, but I don't want to wake up *too* early. ya knows?
