The above named employee has been parking on the city streets outside the Bayer campus.
Site Manager Dick XXXXXX distributed an internal announcement addressing this issue on Site Focus.
The company has made an agreement with the city and our neighbors that Bayer personnel, temporary
workers, consultants and guests will park in company-provided parking lots.
Bayer is committed to maintaining a good neighbor relationship with the tenants and businesses surrounding
the campus. When we park on city streets, we displace our good neighbors who live and work in the area.
A copy of the internal announcement has been attached. Please review it with the named individual.
Please help Bayer continue to be a good neighbor.
